The City of Bay St. Louis is pleased to provide Blackboard Connect, the city-to-resident notification system.  With this service, City leaders can send personalized messages to residents and businesses with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as emergencies and local community matters.  You can receive messages by phone, by email, by text, or all three if you would like.   The Blackboard Connect service will be used to supplement our current communication and public information plans.
