With public parks and facilities surrounded by historic oaks and magnolias, built with the heart of history, Bay St. Louis has made every effort to restore its public spaces and add new ones with an attention to beautiful details and plans for a vibrant future. These spaces are the transition areas within neighborhoods, or right in the middle of town offering citizens a place of respite or a great day of recreation with families and friends.
Many of the Bay’s green spaces have been donated by citizens, such as Larroux Park and McDonald Park. The city would welcome more donated space in neighborhoods for future development. To consider and discuss a property donation please contact our Community Development Department.
