The new community service building is as faithful a replication of the one-room Taylor School house with non-intrusive modern amenities. The Bay-Waveland Garden Club shares the space with other civic volunteer groups including the newly appointed Recreation and Economic Development Committees.
This building is handicap accessible, has a dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, double oven and will accommodate 50 individuals.
